Air Racing Film’s New Broadcast Life

American Public Television (APT) has signed with presenting PBS station WNEO to extend the term of Beyond The Powder for an additional two years of nationwide broadcasts. Produced by Hemlock Films, Beyond The Powder is a one-hour documentary film about the first women’s transcontinental air race in 1929, and the female racers of today. This is the second contract extension for the Emmy nominated film, having premiered on public television in 2015.
